When you are making whipped cream, understand that one cup of whipping cream will give you about 2 cups of whipped cream. When you add vanilla flavor to the whipping cream, understand that you will need about 1 teaspoon of the flavor for each cup of whipping cream. If you want to make whipped cream for dessert which will be sitting out for a while, it is recommended to use icing sugar instead of granulated sugar, so that the the shape of the icing on the dessert does not change. If you want to store whipped cream for some other day, you can do so. However, remember it will not stay longer than 3 days and you will have to add stabilizer to it.

Preparing the Ribs: The first step in how to grill pork ribs or beef ribs is to marinate the ribs. First, remove the silvery membrane that you can see along the bone-side of the ribs. To season the meat, you have several options. One is to use a combination of herbs or spices to flavor the ribs. A simple but flavorful for seasoning is salt, black pepper, sugar, paprika and garlic powder. Jab the ribs all over with a fork. Combine the spices and coat the ribs with them. Cover the ribs with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Before grilling the steak, allow it come to room temperature and trim the excess fat off the steak. This helps in reducing the cooking time significantly. Now season it with olive oil, pepper and salt or any other seasoning based on your choice. Oil the grate and place each steak on the grill for one minute before turning.
