1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 2/3 cups chocolate chips
8 peppermint sticks or candies
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
Preparation
Take 2 jars and place the mint chocolate chips, followed by milk powder, sugar, cocoa powder and peppermint sticks in them. Lay these ingredients in the same order as given here. You can add some more chocolate chips into the jars and close them tightly and store them. When you want to make the hot chocolate, heat 1 2/3 cups of water in a large saucepan and add 5 - 6 tablespoons of mix into it when the water starts boiling rapidly. Reduce the flame and stir the contents till the chocolate is fully melted. Transfer the hot chocolate into mugs and serve by topping it with peppermint sticks as well as marshmallows.
