First pour a cup of ice and blend till you have crushed ice of fine shavings. Do it on high, and not for too long, so the ice does not melt. Then pour in the ingredients over the crushed ice and give a quick whirl. Empty into a pitcher or margarita glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry and serve.
